Terms of Use

General terms
 1. Our sales conditions apply to all sales of goods and services from BabySensor.com
 The terms of sale constitute together with your order, confirmed through a
 order confirmation, the overall contractual basis for the purchase. The conditions can
 change, and it was the conditions described in this document on
 the time of purchase applicable to each individual purchase. Terms last updated March 15, 2023.
 Consumer purchases are regulated in Norwegian law, among other things regulated in the Consumer Purchases Act,
the right of withdrawal act, the marketing act, the e-commerce act and the credit purchase act. follow

  1. Definition of Parties
     The seller is: BabySensor AS, org. no. 920 230 970 VAT, Trekullveien 10, 3280 Tjodalyng, and is hereinafter referred to as "BabySensor.com", "seller", "we", "us", "our" or "our".
    Buyer is: The person or company stated as the buyer in the order confirmation, and is hereinafter referred to as "buyer", "user", "you", "you", "your", or "yours". 

  2. Right of withdrawal and cancellation
     BabySensor.com adheres to the current rules in the Right of Cancellation Act which gives a 14-day cancellation period from the date of delivery.
    The buyer must notify the seller of using the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the deadline starts running. The buyer has the burden of proof that the right of withdrawal has been exercised, and the notification should therefore be made in writing (right of withdrawal form, e-mail or letter). By using right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the notification of use of the right of withdrawal being given. Buyers cover directly the costs of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed or the seller has failed to do so to state that the buyer must cover the return costs.
    The buyer can try or test the goods in a proper way to determine the nature of the goods, properties and function, without losing the right to cancel. If trial or test of the goods go beyond what is reasonable and necessary, the buyer can be held responsible
     any reduced value of the item.
    The seller is obliged to repay the purchase price to the buyer without undue delay stay, and no later than 14 days from the time the seller received notification of the buyer's decision to use the right of withdrawal. The seller has the right to withhold payment until he has received it the goods from the buyer, or until the buyer has submitted documentation that the goods are returned.

     To cancel or to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in an unequivocal manner way via e-mail: contact@babysensor.com with the following information:

  3. Complaint
     BabySensor.com complies with the Consumer Purchase Act for general rules regarding complaints. Our guarantees do not imply any limitations in the complaint deadline for goods according to the Consumer Sales Act.
    When you receive the goods, you should check whether the delivery is as soon as you have the opportunity in accordance with the order confirmation. If there is an error or defect in an item upon delivery, you will either receive a new copy of the same item delivered to your next
     order, or have the payment for this item credited to the same account that was responsible for it payment of the order. 
  4. Order and agreement process
     Your order is binding when the order is registered on our server. Once we have registered your order, we will confirm this by sending you one
    order confirmation. 
  5. Prices and payment
     All prices are stated including value added tax, unless otherwise expressly stated.
     The total purchase price includes all costs associated with the purchase, including packing, shipping, packaging etc
    The seller can demand payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card is charged on the same day the item is sent. When paying by invoice, the invoice is issued to the buyer when the goods are dispatched. The payment deadline appears on the invoice and is a minimum of 14 days from receipt. Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay with a subsequent invoice.
  6. Subscription
    Subscriptions are sold with a set commitment period as described in the product name. For example, a 12-month 4G premium subscription is bound for 12 months, regardless of whether the payment
    occurs when ordering or per month during the subscription period. After the end of the period, the subscription ends automatically, unless the buyer actively chooses to extend it through a new order.
  7. Force majeure
     Is BabySensor.com prevented from delivering or making mandatory redelivery or such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor dispute or any other circumstance when the parties cannot control it, such as extreme weather, fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military calls of similar scope, requisition, seizures, currency restrictions, riots and riots, shortage of means of transport, general scarcity of goods, reduction in the supply of motive power, as well as shortages of firewood
    or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances as are dealt with in this point, BabySensor.com is exempted from everything
     responsibility other than in cases of complaints and credit it to the defective goods associated purchase price. 
  8. Personal information
    The controller for collected personal data is the seller. Unless the buyer agrees otherwise, the seller may, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, only obtain and store the personal data that is necessary for the seller to could carry out the obligations under the agreement. The buyer's personal data will only be handed over to others if necessary for the seller to complete the agreement with the buyer, or in statutory cases. 
  9. Disputes and choice of law
    Disputes on the occasion of the conditions and related provisions, as well as disputes that concern the aforementioned and the following legal relationships fall under the ordinary courts, with Sandefjord District Court as the venue. 
  10. Reservation
    BabySensor.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, including as a result of changes in legislation, at any time and without prior notice. Eventual changes to the terms of use will be announced and made effective from the time that follows of the announcement. The user himself is responsible for following those applicable at all times terms of use.
    BabySensor.com and all content included in the Service are made available “as it is” and without any form of guarantees or assured characteristics. We reserve the right the right to, at any time, at its own discretion, stop and/or change the service or functionality, in whole or in part. We strive to give our customers as correct
    information about our products as possible. We reserve the right, however, that writing/ typographical errors may occur, which may mean that we cannot deliver in accordance with information provided in our online store or other marketing. If this occurs The buyer has the right to cancel the order.

     BabySensor.com with logo is a registered trademark of BabySensor AS.
     It is not permitted to use our name, logos, screenshots or images in a way that may appear confusing or imply sponsorship, endorsement or association without permission.
    All content on these websites is BabySensor AS or a subcontractor of the aforementioned property and is protected according to i.a. copyright, marketing and trademark legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, information about products, including e.g. recipes with pictures, reviews of the products and weight, images/graphics, design, typography and layout and other content on These websites may not be downloaded, copied or is used in any other way without this being explicitly permitted under non-derogable legislation or after express prior written consent from BabySensor AS.
