About BabySensor

BabySensor is a Norwegian company with a strong network of partners.

For over eight years, researchers, developers and designers have worked with us to create BabySensor — a solution designed to give parents greater peace of mind.

Throughout development, we have worked closely with the parents who would use it, ensuring that every detail reflects real needs and everyday situations.

The idea for BabySensor came from founder Anita Fevang, a mother of four, with a strong desire to help parents feel safer in the early stages of parenthood.

We are proud of what we have built, and hope BabySensor helps parents feel more calm, confident and supported.

future innovations

We are dedicated to developing innovative health products that make a significant difference, including for vulnerable infants and their families.

Our prototype, PreCare , is a contactless baby monitor designed to provide reassurance and support to parents of premature or sick children. This groundbreaking product is a result of our EU-approved Eurostars project and is now being further developed with support from the Research Council and Regional Research Funds.

In collaboration with Østfold University College, PhD student Shazad Achmad and Professor Sukalpa Chanda, as well as Norwegian and international hospitals, we are working to further develop PreCare and make it available to the families who need it most.

Our goal is to combine research and technology to create solutions that provide security in demanding everyday life.
